After the CEO and Founders’ Dinner and the opening ceremony on September 6, the latest Kickstart programme began in earnest on September 30. The six-week Collaborative Sprint runs from that date until November 8. Needless to say, CyNation is fully embracing this great opportunity.
Kickstart is a spin-off of Impact Hub Zurich, a globally connected community of entrepreneurs, techies, and creatives. It supports late-stage startups in scaling up their businesses in Switzerland. It brings such startups together with corporations, foundations, universities and cities with a view to fostering deep-tech innovation.
This year’s iteration – the fourth – of the Swiss Kickstart programme began in Zurich on September 2. It involves 48 national and international tech startups and scale-ups – a new, record total. In addition, nine corporate innovation teams (“intrapreneurship” teams) have made it into the programme.

The programme’s launch attracted the attention of the Swiss press. Take a look at two reports via the links to the Neue Zurcher Zeitung and Sonntagsblick (Google will provide a pretty good translation for non-German readers).
