A good DevOps engineer is required to join CyNation’s development team. They will be expected to be comfortable with infrastructure and configuration management, as well as automating end-to-end the development, testing, deployment and delivery of multi-tier enterprise cloud base applications and platforms. The development team works on developing CyNation’s innovative products in cyber security and compliance.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Our entire cloud infrastructure including our development and production environments
Improvements to our CI/CD pipeline
Real time monitoring, debugging and fixing issues within the infrastructure
Liaising with all areas of the business to understand functionality, scalability, performance, security, and integration requirements
Research new technologies to improve processes and infrastructure across the business
Minimum 2 years as a DevOps engineer.
Strong knowledge of key DevOps concepts, such as:
Version control e.g. Git
Scripting or programming languages e.g. PowerShell, Python
Containerisation using Kubernetes and Docker
Cloud platforms such as Azure or Oracle
Linux and Windows operating systems
Databases, g. PostgreSQL
Networking, including load balancing and firewalls
