Bad news for TalkTalk.1 min read

TalkTalk has been in the news recently for all the wrong reasons; back in October 2015 it was hacked and around 160000 customer details is thought to have been taken along with around 15000 bank account details and sort code numbers.

Since then:

• Profits have more than halved, they had £14million profit in the year after the hack down from £32million in the previous year
• £42million cost occurred due to the hack
• Lost 101,000 subscribers after the attack
